Devonshire HOA Meeting will be held at 4/16/2026 @ Longwood CIty Council Chambers @ 6:30 PM. The agenda is attached to this item.

Dues collection campaign for this year has concluded, however Homeowners are still allowed to submit any dues until December 31, 2026 for this year.

This meeting is for yearly elections as required by the State and to discuss business that concerns the HOA.

All members current in dues are asked to attend. If you cannot attend, you may fill out a proxy vote form and submit it to your block captain or me at 480 Preston Rd.

Signs went up at the entrances/exits of Devonshire Blvd, and notices have been circulating about the meeting. If you have any questions at all, please let us know.
