    Will there be any discussion of the property damage inflicted by Circet as they installed fiber optic lines in the subdivision? Chuck Bassin 515 Devonshire Blvd

  • Girl Scout Cookies For Sale

    A group of enterprising young ladies are selling Girl Scout cookies on the corner of Devonshire & Preston Rd (where the sheriff’s car is usually parked). They’ll be there until around 1PM EST and said they will be back next weekend most likely.

  • Revitalization Update!

    We are hoping to finalize the revitalization consent gathering this weekend. If you have not yet handed us your consent and wish to do so, please let us know ASAP!

  • Revitalization Grandfathering

    Just a quick note: I was able to speak with the lawyer recently and get confirmation on whether or not properties in violation of the covenants would be grandfathered in: If you are in compliance with Longwood city code, any structure existing at the time of revitalization would be grandfathered in and allowed to exist…
