We are going to be having an HOA meeting to discuss the follow-up from the earlier April Board Meeting 6/11/2026. It will be held at the Longwood City Council Chambers @ 6:30 PM.
On the agenda is discussion of the bids that were solicited for maintenance of the front island, as well as the future of the maintenance of the island lighting and sprinkler system as well as the concern around Island Lake that sits on the southern part of Devonshire.
