Just a quick note: I was able to speak with the lawyer recently and get confirmation on whether or not properties in violation of the covenants would be grandfathered in:

If you are in compliance with Longwood city code, any structure existing at the time of revitalization would be grandfathered in and allowed to exist as-is for the duration of the structure. Any code issues would be between you and the city.

We plan to revise the covenants to be in line with City code after Revitalization.
