HOA Revitalization Documents mailed out 12/02/2024

We’ve mailed out all the documents for HOA Revitalization on 12/02/2024. This contains all the information legally required for us to send you, plus a newsletter. We had two legal options for delivery: Hand-delivery and mailing via USPS.

In order to save money, we hand-delivered packets to everyone we could get ahold of where we had block captains. If we could not hand-deliver your packets, they were mailed out via USPS at the date above. If you have not received your packet yet, please contact us at devonshirehoalongwood@gmail.com and I will get you a new packet.

We would like volunteers for Block Captains on Devonshire Blvd, Coventry Ct, and Cambridge Ct. If you would like to volunteer, please contact me.

If you have any questions please attend the 12/10/2024 meeting at 6:30 PM, or reach out to anyone on the revitalization committee.

Sincerely,

Catalino
