Revitalization 2024

A message from your president:

We are currently in the process of pursuing revitalization. We sent out a non-binding vote form a few weeks ago to all residents. Starting the process of revitalization requires 68 owners of lots in the Devonshire HOA out of 133 lots to vote yes. We obtained enough yes votes to proceed with an official vote. We will be sending around an official meeting notice for December 10th @ 6:30 PM, along with a proxy vote form shortly.Please mark your calendars.

For those of you who wish to attend the meeting in person, we will be posting notification at least 14 days before the meeting here on this website, as well as conspicuous signs posted around the neighborhood. If you are unable to attend the meeting, a proxy vote form will be distributed that MUST be returned by December 9th by 5:00 PM in order to be counted. This form will come with instructions about how to fill it out and what to do with it.

As we build out this website, you will find details surrounding the convenants and bindings, and an update on the revitalization process as it goes through.

  • Girl Scout Cookies For Sale

    A group of enterprising young ladies are selling Girl Scout cookies on the corner of Devonshire & Preston Rd (where the sheriff’s car is usually parked). They’ll be there until around 1PM EST and said they will be back next weekend most likely.
